E-Permits, or: How to Take Courses on Other CUNY campuses

Using a so-called "E-Permit," students can register for courses offered on a CUNY campus other than their home campus.

Of all the CUNY campuses, Hunter College offers the largest number of Asian American Studies courses per semester, but some of the other campuses have faculty teaching courses in - or relevant to - Asian American Studies. As a result, students looking to enhance their course work in Asian American Studies may want to consider applying for an E-Permit to take courses at, say, Queens College. Conversely, if you are a student at another campus, you may want to apply for an E-Permit to take advantage of the many Asian American courses offered at Hunter every semester!
