The Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, Vita Rabinowitz, is the chief academic officer of Hunter College. The Provost's Office oversees academic policies, programs, and services to the college, including the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Education, Schools of the Health Professions, School of Social Work, Hunter College Campus Schools, Library, Centers and Institutes, including the Brookdale Center on Aging, the Center for Puerto Rican Studies/Centro, the Roosevelt House Institute for Public Policy, the Reading/Writing Center, the Center for Teaching and Learning, as well as the Animal Care Facility, Institutional Research, Office of Research Administration, SEEK/Educational Opportunity Program, and the Office of Study Abroad and National Student Exchange Programs.
