This workshop will focus on giving you the techniques and tools to help cope with the stresses of classes, exams and navigating the Higher Education environment.

Virtual Reality for Learning                                         Wednesday, 9/12 - 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Enter the world of Virtual Reality Learning.  Don't just read about the planets of the solar system; explore them as if you were there.  Watch as anatomy and other sciences come to life. Visit the ocean floor, travel throughout the human body, visit the distant past or see what the future has in store.  Learn in a way you didn't think possible.  This event is by appointment only.

LiveScribe Pen and Sonocent Note-Taking App        Wednesday, 9/19 - 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Interested in the Livescribe pen or Sonocent Software?  This workshop will introduce you to the possible usage of these two unique items that may help you with keeping notes and possibly enhance learning.  There will be demonstrations and exercises using these items.

Communication Skills                                                Wednesday, 9/26 - 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Learn how to effectively communicate with your professors and others. Learn to stay in touch and work with your instructors on matters such as absences, extensions and accommodation requests. All students are welcome and encouraged to attend.
