Introduction to Computer Literacy

During this event, you will learn basic commands for utilizing windows programs on your computer, gain access to readily available programs/technology provided by the college & the internet in general. There will also be information shared about safe internet practices (i.e. avoiding scams and virus as well as an open Q and A session.

Guided Pomodoro Study Sessions

Tuesday, 6/16 & Thursday 6/24

This guided study session is designed to allow students within any course to study as part of a group and take breaks with prompts from a member of our staff. This method is proven to improve productivity for many students who struggle with time management and distractibility when studying on their own.

Stress Management Workshop

In collaboration with Hunter College's Counseling and Wellness Department, we have designed a training to explore various stress management strategies and practices to reduce and manage stress.

These session are designed to help you boost morale, reestablish connections with other students and complete assignments in a productive environment and get ready for your final exams and assignments.

A NEW WAY OF LEARNING:  HTC VIVE VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCE

Sign up for 25 minute sessions to use the HTC Vive virtual reality experiences for fun and learning.

The Vive is a new way to help students with different learning styles enhance educational skills in subjects areas such as anatomy, physics and astronomy.
