Under the leadership of Assessment Director Mosen Auryan, ACERT seeks to assist faculty in gauging student progress and improving student achievement of learning outcomes at both the course and programmatic levels. Along with traditional academic assessment tools - such as examinations and writing assignments - the office supports a wide variety of methods to track student proficiency and promote teaching effectiveness.

We encourage both full-time and adjunct faculty to learn more about how engaging in academic assessment can promote student success at Hunter. The Office of Assessment offers:
