The Department Assessment Reporting Form is a tool used in all steps of Administrative Assessment.
- Program Directors will fill out the form for review by their respective Assessment Subcommittee.
- Next, the Subcommittee Chair will input follow-up comments for review and collection by the main Administrative Assessment Committee (AAC).
- The AAC then reviews all assessment data and outcomes, and compiles the data into a comprehensive report for review by the College President.
- The results of a previous year's assessment will inform the goals and targets of assessment for the following year. The process is cyclical.
