International Primatological Society awards Professor Emeritus John Oates its Lifetime Achievement Award
The International Primatological Society awarded Professor Emeritus John Oates its Lifetime Achievement Award, which is given to one senior scholar every two years. Oates, a leader in African primate conservation, will receive the award in August 2012 at the Society's Congress in Cancún, Mexico.
