Beaux-Arts de Paris l’école nationale supérieure

Our student handbook provides comprehensive information about our activities and our study programs.  An English version of our student handbook can be downloaded on our website: on the first page, and a French version is available on our website by clicking on "ADMISSION". 

All application materials for our Fall Semester 2014/2015 must be received by 15 May, 2014.

All application material for our Spring Semester 2014/2015 must be received by 15 November, 2014.

Applications received after these dates and incomplete applications unfortunately cannot be considered.


Usually, our Fall term begins at the beginning of October and lasts until mid-December. Our Spring term begins at the end of January until the end of May.

I am enclosing our “General information form”, where you can find information about our application material requirements, exchange study program, housing websites (we do not provide housing for exchange students), visa process and insurance coverage.

These documents might be of interest for your applicants, as it provides them with practical information for their every-day-life in Paris.

Exchange Student Information Form

Application material:

- A portfolio (paper format would be appreciated)

- A letter of motivation of the applicant,

- A study course contract (called "CONTRAT D'ETUDES" ) regarding the list of courses organized for exchange students, in the form attached to my email message, must be filled out by each applicant and signed by the home institution. This form provides the list of courses that the applicant would like to select for his/her stay at the Ecole. The list of the disciplines open for exchange students is attached in this email message.

- Our specific application form has been updated .Each applicant must fill out this form with a digital photo on it (head and shoulders).

- A resume,

- A copy of the passport.

Please, ask your students to pay careful attention to the section relating to health insurance (information form). We are requiring all students to provide us with a copy of an attestation from their insurer (in English or in French) confirming their coverage during their stay in Paris. Insurance must cover at a minimum, medical costs, hospitalization, surgery, repatriation and civil liability.
