Hunter Students Win Awards at the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students
Professor Vanya Quinones-Jenab, Acting Associate Provost for Student Success and Retention, and a professor in the Psychology Department, accompanied 25 MARC/RISE students and 11 other Hunter students to the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS) in Seattle, Washington http://www.abrcms.org/ Among the 2015 ABRCMS Poster and Oral Presentation Awardees were four Hunter students: Amanda Ramdular-- MARC Program, for Oral Presentation; Elizabeth Gorodetsky--RISE Program Associate, for Poster Presentation; Leslie Vasquez, for Poster Presentation; and Rubaya Yeahia, for Oral Presentation.
