Professionals and families have an opportunity to support our event by purchasing ad space in our Autism Symposium program booklet which will be distributed to all attendees. Organizations are encouraged to take advantage of this advertising opportunity to reach an estimated 600 people, including clinicians, parents and families who are interested in learning more about Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In return for sponsorship of the Autism Symposium, your organization will receive a table at the event, which provides direct access to all event attendees. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with your core demographic in an intimate and personal setting, showcase services and resources to the autism community, and distribute relevant literature.
2011 Mechanical Requirements
Ad materials must be provided in Hi Resolution, color format (e.g., PDF, JPG, GIF).
We must receive payment and advertising artwork no later than March 15th.
Full Page Ad in portrait orientation ($1,000) - includes 2 free admission tickets
Half Page Ad in landscape orientation ($500) - includes 1 free admission ticket
Quarter Page Ad in portrait orientation ($250)
The advertisements will be cropped and sized to accommodate a 1/4" bleed and 1/4" caution zone. For this reason, it is important to leave a solid color in the outer 1/4" area. In addition, do not include important text or images in the outer 1/2" area, since this will be the caution zone.

Vendor tables are offered to organizations sponsoring the Autism Symposium with any size of advertisement (1/4th page, 1/2th page or full page).
If you will be tabling at the event, there will be two tabling periods during the lunch-hour (1:30 to 2:30pm) and cocktail hour (4:15 to 5:15pm). We anticipate the most traffic during the lunch-hour.
We will provide tables and chairs, and they will be set up on the 3rd floor of the Hunter West building (entrance to Hunter West building is on Lexington Avenue between 67th and 68th Street). You may set up your materials any time after 7am.
You are welcome to attend to the event. If you are placing a quarter page advertisement, then you will still need to pay the full registration fee. If you are placing a half page ad ($500), then you will receive one free admission ticket. If you are placing a full page ad ($1000), then you will receive two free admission tickets.
