The Hunter Weill Cornell Autism Symposium will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2011 in New York City and will provide the chance to learn about the latest autism research. You will have the unique opportunity to ask the experts about a range of topics from clinical evaluation to intervention. The registration fee includes participation in lunchtime breakout groups as well as an early evening cocktail hour/networking mixer. Please note, you must be at least 21 years of age to attend the networking cocktail hour. Lunch, snacks, coffee and tea are included as well. Each registered participant will also receive a program guide and tote bag.
The registration fee to attend the symposium is $175 (plus $20 processing fee). A discounted registration fee of $60 will be offered only to students; however, this does not include participation in the networking cocktail hour. If you are a student, please mail/fax a copy of your student ID with your registration form.

Obtaining Certificate of Attendance
If you would like a certificate of attendance, then you will need to attend the event and sign in at the registration table. After the event, you can request a certificate by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Obtaining ASHA CEUs
If you would like to receive ASHA CEUs, then you will need to attend the event and sign in at two separate tables. The first table will be for general registration (where you receive your name tag). You will also sign in at a separate "ASHA CEU Registration Table". You will need to sign in and sign out of the ASHA registration table to demonstrate that you attended the full day. Following the event, you will be emailing a document for your ASHA CEUs.
