The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the following:

Cashier Services
Students can make payments using cash, money orders and checks at the cashier windows.

Collection Agency
The College turns all student accounts that are delinquent for more than one (1) year over to a CUNY designated Collection Agency.

Brookdale Residence Hall
The Bursar's Office processes payments and distributes refunds for Brookdale residents.

Financial Aid Distribution
The Bursar's Office is responsible for distributing all awards paid against a student's eSIMS account that exceed the amount of the tuition and fee bill.

Inquiry Window
Students can visit the Bursar's Office Inquiry Window to speak with a College representative
about questions or problems they have with their bills, payments or refunds.

Online Payments
Students can now pay their tuition and fee charges that appear on their eSIMS student account online.

Payment Plans
Hunter College offers students the flexibility to pay their tuition and dorm bills over a specified period of months to make the payment process easier. 

Stops
A stop on a student's account may indicate that the student has an outstanding balance or problem with financial aid documentation.

Third Party / Other Payments
The Bursar's Office can also assist you with scholarships, waivers, vouchers, company/organization payments and grants for special programs.
