Stops
The following stops may be placed on your student account.
| Code | Office | Reason for Stop |
|---|---|---|
| B | Bursar | Student has an outstanding balance |
| BB/BD | Financial Aid Processing Center | Student's account has been sent to a Collection Agency |
| BH |
Financial Aid Processing Center | Student has a problem with a financial aid disbursement/check |
| D | Financial Aid Processing Center | Student owes money for their book loan |
| E | Financial Aid Processing Center | Student is delinquent in paying their loan(s) |
| F | Financial Aid | Student has a problem with their Financial Aid Documentation |
| FR | Bursar | Student has officially or unofficially withdrawn from classes and owes the College funds |
| J | Financial Aid Processing Center | Student has an outstanding emergency loan |
| L | Library | Student owes money to the Library for book fees/fines |
| M | Bursar | Student has an outstanding dorm balance |
| SA | Accounting | Student owes documentation/monies for student activity funds |
| 3D | Financial Aid | Student has to complete an online exit conference for their direct loan |
| 3F | Financial Aid Processing Center | Student has to complete their online Perkins Loan Exit Interview |
