Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I view my bill on-line?
    Yes, you can view your bill on-line using ESIMS.
  2. Can I pay my bill on-line?
    No, on-line payments are not accepted.
  3. Can I use my credit card to pay over the phone?
    Phone payments are not accepted.
  4. What do I do if I have a 'HOLD' applied to my account?
    All holds are removed by the department that applies them. Bursar 'HOLDS' can be removed by coming into the office (N238) or discussing the nature of your hold with Bursar personnel over the phone. Bursar holds are applied generally due to an outstanding balance.
  5. How do I obtain a bill if I did not get one in the mail?
    Please go to OASIS (N217) to obtain a new bill.
  6. What do I do if my bill is incorrect?
    If you believe your bill is incorrect due to an error with your classes, please proceed to the Registrar's Office. If you disagree with current or prior charges applied to your bill, please contact the Bursar's Office.
  7. What charges are included on my bill?
    Your bill contains tuition and fee charges for the current semester and any prior balances not paid. Your bill does not contain library fees, athletic tickets, etc.
  8. How can I change my mailing address/phone number?
    Your mailing address must be changed at the OASIS 217HN.
  9. Does the College's payment plan vendor, TuitionPay, charge interest?
    No, however the student does pay a $18 (per semester) fee for the service.
  10. Does the Bursar process TAP?
    The TAP certification office is in the OASIS, Room HN217.
  11. What do I do if I am a resident being charged non-resident rates?

If you are a first time student, please proceed to the Admissions Office with proof of your residency.

If you are a continuing student, please proceed to the OASIS with proof of your residency.
