Small Business and Entrepreneurship
Small business is critical to the United States economy. Whether you want to open a traditional store-front, a home operation, an online venture, or simply learn the foundations of business, this certificate equips you with the knowledge and skills you need.
This program consists of 6 required courses all students must take and 2 electives from the additional offerings. Not all course offerings are available each semester.
Registration and Tuition:
The tuition is $2350, plus one time $20 registration fee, or you can register for each course individually, with a $20 registration fee per semester. Payment plans can be arranged. Payment Plans are available, please contact 212.650-3850.
This certificate, developed in partnership with Project for Return and Opportunity in Veterans Education (PROVE), was designed in an effort to promote and expand small business opportunities for veterans throughout New York City. PROVE, founded in 2007, supports student veterans as they transition from military service to student life. Veterans who are interested in pursuing this certificate should contact Holly Fancher, PROVE Coordinator at 212-452-7145, to learn more about using GI Bill benefits towards this program. This certificate is open to all interested participants, including non-veterans.
