Interior Design
If you have an interest in exploring ways to develop physical spaces including furnishing, lighting, window treatments, color and fabrics, then the Certificate in Interior Design may be right for you. An exciting career in Interior Design can begin here. Whether you choose to become a professional interior designer or learn remodeling skills for planning and decorating your home or office, this program will meet your needs. Workshops, seminars, museums, showrooms, and antique auction gallery visits are the focus of the program.
Note: This program doesn't meet the fundamental qualifications for State Certification, but provides participants with knowledge of basic interior design skills.
This is a non-credit certificate. For more information call (212) 650-3850 or e-mail ce@hunter.cuny.edu. Although the Interior Design Program is a certificate program these courses can be taken individually for one's personal enrichment.
Registration and Tuition
The complete certificate program is $1700. To register for the complete certificate, you must register in person or via fax. Payment plans can be arranged.
