flask Nurxat Nuraje in the Prof. Matsui's group received the prestigious 2008 Materials Research Society (MRS) Graduate Student Award. He became one of 21 awardees in the nation by his innovative studies of semiconductor material syntheses with ring-shaped peptides. Finalists were invited to compete medals in the MRS National Meeting (San Francisco) where Nurxat won the Silver medal (March 2008)
