Prof. Alexandratos has been named a Fulbright Scholar for the 2010-2011 academic year. His award will take him to L'Ecole des Mines, in France, where he will collaborate with colleagues there to begin a new area of research: the modification of hydroxyapatite for application to the environmental remediation of groundwater.
