Returning Students

Returning College Now students who have passed their
class with a B+ average or better are eligible to take a waiver class, or
course outside of the College Now cohort schedule. These students have
the opportunity to enroll individually in regular Hunter courses, alongside our
undergraduates. If you are interested in
taking a waiver class, please contact the College Now Office at (212) 772-4323 or (212) 650-3549 for
more information.
Returning students who have previously taken a cohort class may also opt to take another. Spring 2010 Applications are now available on the Apply Now page.
If you are excited about College Now and want to share your experience with your classmates, please visit the College Now office to find out more about a special leadership program available for current students. For more information, visit the Student Ambassdors page.
Seniors who plan to attend a CUNY school in Fall 2010 are eligible for a special scholarship. Check out the Myself Third: Spirit of New York Scholarship for more information. Updated 2010 scholarship information will be available on this site in February 2010.
Returning students are also eligible to participate in the Model New York City Council Project. This project gives students a hands on understanding of the role and functions of local government as well as strengthening leadership, public speaking and research skills. For eligibility requirements and application information, please visit the Model New York City Council Project website. If you have any further questions regarding this special opportunity, feel free to call the College Now Office at (212) 772-4323 or (212) 650-3549.
