Guest Arrival Time and Entrance

1:00pm, West 50th or West 51st Street entrances, east of 6th Avenue
Once the academic procession begins, guests will be asked to wait until all the graduates have been seated before proceeding into the Hall. It is therefore advisable for guests to arrive one hour before the start of Commencement. 

Tickets

Each guest attending Commencement must bring his/her own ticket. As seating in Radio City Music Hall is limited, guests will not be admitted unless they have commencement tickets. Tickets are distributed to participating graduates beginning 2 weeks prior to the ceremony.

Transportation and Parking

Public Transportation: Take the B, D, F or M train to 47th-50th Streets-Rockefeller Center

Parking: There are commercially-operated parking garages located in the area, but street parking is extremely limited. It is therefore recommended that you take public transportation to ceremony. Radio City Music Hall is located at 6th Avenue and 50th Street.

Guests with Disability(s) Accommodations

Graduates and guests for whom an accommodation such as Sign Language interpreting and/or appropriate seating is required should contact the Office of AccessABILITY at 212-772-4857, to arrange for accommodations. Please call by Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Graduates and guests who utilize wheelchairs, or those who may have difficulty with stairs or other obstructions should also contact the Office of AccessABILITY. Guests who request such accommodations should enter through the main lobby entrance on 6th Avenue, between 50th and 51st Streets.
