If you have registered for courses and change your mind about attending please be sure to drop all classes, and don’t simply assume the school will run a cancellation process absolving you of any charges. You must withdraw from your classes prior to the first day of the semester to avoid tuition and fee drop charges. Any student that does not officially withdraw from classes prior to the start of the term will be charged tuition and fees based upon the University’s academic calendar.

CUNYfirst Security

All faculty and staff have been assigned initial security roles in preparation for Hunter's launch of Campus Solutions. However, roles may need to be modified to include (or remove) functions according to tasks assigned to the individual. Modifications will be made by the Applications Security Liaison (ASL) team, who have been trained to update roles, based on a security access request form.

All security requests are subject to review and approval. If you need to change your access rights to CUNYfirst, contact the Faculty and Staff Help Desk at 212-772-4357.

We ask that you never share your CUNYfirst login information - not even with people you trust. Because CUNYfirst is a "fully integrated system," sharing your account login information will give others access to personal information, such as your social security number, wage/salary, home address, etc. Security within CUNYfirst is very strict and what each user is able to view is determined on a "need to know" basis. Sharing account information undermines this strict security and exposes users to identity theft.
