Role Assignment/Support

CUNYfirst Procurement Access Procedures

Establishing or changing a role in the CUNYfirst Procurement module is a neccessary step to grant users access to purchase tax-levy (OTPS) funded goods and services. The process for obtaining the necessary role(s) is a simple 3 step process:

  • Step 1: Obtain a form

A form can be obtained:

1) By calling the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk at 212-772-4357
2) By downloading the form (pdf) 
3) In person from the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk located in the Thomas Hunter building, 4th floor 

  • Step 2: Complete the form

Please review detailed instructions for completing the form

  • Step 3: Submit your request to the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk

To submit the form you can:

1) Scan and email it to the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk at helpdesk@hunter.cuny.edu 
2) Fax it to 212-396-6762
3) Bring it to the Faculty and Staff Helpdesk in the Thomas Hunter building, 4th floor
