CUNYfirst Procurement Training
Training on how to process requisitions, acknowledge receipt of goods and services, and process payment requests is available and extremely important as a first step. During training the following topics will be covered:
- Overview of CUNY and State Procurement Guidelines; and
- How to use the CUNYfirst Procurement module to:
- Process Requisitions
- Acknowledge receipt of goods and services to ensure that vendors are paid in a timely manner.
You must register for training and have a role assigned prior to attending.

How to Register
All sessions will take place in Room 402, Thomas Hunter Hall.
In order to register and be prepared for your training session, you must claim your CUNYFirst account. This generally takes between 10-15 minutes, so we ask that you complete this initial process before you attend the training sessions. For more information on how to claim your account, please review Hunter's CUNYfirst Account Claiming and Personal Information Guides.
In addition, please use CUNYFirst to enroll in the session you plan to attend. Please make sure that you enroll in the correct training session - Hunter classes are identified by FIN-PR01-HTR01. Please review the instructions to enroll in CUNYfirst Enterprise Learning. You must bring your CUNYfirst login account information (username and password) to the training session. Your CUNYfirst login information will be used to login into CUNYfirst when you register for training.
