If you experience any problems with claiming or accessing your CUNYfirst accounts or with using specific pages and menu items, please contact the Faculty and Staff Help Desk at 212-772-4357. 

 If you experience any problems with claiming or accessing your CUNYfirst accounts, please contact the Student Help Desk at 212-650-3624 or studenthelpdesk@hunter.cuny.edu.
If you find any discrepancies in your personal information that you cannot change on your own, please contact the Office of Human Resources at hunterhr.cunyfirst@hunter.cuny.edu and someone will assist you.
 If you're trying to register for classes but are having problems doing so; if your name is spelled incorrectly; if you don't know how to register; or if you have any other questions about registration, please stop by OASIS located in Room 217, North Building.

If you have any questions about CUNYfirst faculty and staff training at Hunter, please contact Manfred Kuechler in the Provost Office at 212-772-5740.
 If you don't know what classes to take or need help from an advisor, stop by Advising Services in Room 1119, East Building.
