Racism, Injustice & Change Support Group

This "drop-in" support group for students provides a space to discuss the ways in which the current racial/socio-political climate has impacted your mental health.

Facilitated by CWS counselors, this group allows students to explore how power, privilege and racial injustice have affected their emotional health and shaped their identities. We'll discuss how you can cope with these stressors in a healthy manner, while exploring the ways in which you can potentially effect change.

Registration is not required. However, attendance is capped at 15 students per meeting. If the meeting you wish to attend is full, please email us to let us know that you are unable to log in, and we will help to facilitate your participation in the following week's meeting.
