Welcome to the EDSTATS Primer

Dr. Anthony G. Picciano, e-mail address: anthony.picciano@hunter.cuny.edu

Description

This primer is designed as an introduction to educational research and statistics. It should be used as a supplement to a standard course on educational research and was designed originally for use in a research seminar (Course Number - ADSUP 705) in a graduate program at Hunter College. Most of the material in this primer is derived from the book, Educational Research Primer (Continuum) by Anthony Picciano. However, since most of the readings can be found in standard texts on this topic, students may prefer to use the texts that have already been assigned in their courses.

Good Luck!

Dr. P.
