General Information
Semester- and year-long exchange programs are for Hunter College students only.
Hunter College offers reciprocal tuition exchange programs. If you are going to any of these partner universities as a Hunter exchange student, you pay Hunter tuition and continue receiving all your financial aid, including TAP. You are still responsible for housing, books and living expenses. There are a variety of scholarships available to help you cover these expenses, including the Benjamin Gilman Scholarship (if you receive Pell). You must have at least 48 credits and a minimum GPA of 3.0 to participate in these programs. They are highly competitive and limited in space. No special majors are required, but you should speak with your advisor regarding what classes you can and cannot take abroad.
If you are interested in applying to one of these programs, please stop by the Education Abroad Office (E1447) for application instructions.
