Occupational Safety
The Office of Environmental Health and Safety provides guidance and resources for a variety of occupational safety programs designed to protect faculty, staff, and students from injury and illness. These programs take a proactive approach in identifying workplace hazards and safely managing these hazards through the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and engineering and administrative controls. In collaboration with Public Safety and the Office of Facilities Management and Planning, we are able to create a safe work environment for the Hunter College community.
