1. How do I check that I have completed my distribution and core requirements?
You should see a counselor in Student Services before you come to see the English Department advisor to make sure you have completed all these required courses.

2. Should I fill out my Graduation Audit Form before coming to see the English Department advisor?
You should fill it out in pencil (or get a second copy to use as a worksheet). You will save a lot of time if you meet with a counselor in Student Services beforehand to make sure you have completed the GER, language, and P&D requirements. The English Department advisor checks only that you have completed the major and minor requirements.

3. How many courses do I list under the major and minor on my Graduation Audit Form?
You should only list those courses that count toward your major and only the 12 credits that count toward your minor. You should not include English 120 or 220.

4. How do I list transferred courses on the Graduation Audit Form?
You should use the Hunter number and the word "transfer" under "semester taken".
