West Building Escalator Replacement
The escalators that serve the West Building of the 68th Street Campus had been in continuous operation since the building became operational in 1984, and reached the end of their useful lives. The College, in partnership with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and CUNY, undertook the complex project of replacing these escalators. Work on this project concluded in December 2015. SCROLL DOWN TO VIEW PICTURES OF THE PROGRESS OF THE ESCALATOR REPLACEMENT.
