Submit a Work Request
A username and password are required in order to submit a work request.
If you have a username and password assigned to you, click on the link below. You will be prompted to sign in to the work order system. Once you are signed in, just fill out the work order form and submit. Your work order will be evaluated and prioritized, and Facilities staff will respond to your request as soon as possible. Should you experience technical difficulties with your system ID, please call the ICIT Helpdesk at extension 14357 (1-HELP) or send an email to the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you do not have a username and password, please contact your department administrator for assistance with your work request.
Please keep in mind that the work order system is designed for standard, non-urgent work orders only.
