Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the FDA consists of 7 elected officers who each serve 2-year terms: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Day Session Representative, Evening Session Representative, and Part-time/Adjunct Representative.

- Tony joined the FDA in 2002. He served as its secretary from 2006 to 2009.
Vice President: Jason Young (Psychology; term 2009-2011)

- Professor Jason Young served as President of the FDA from
2005 until 2009. He was elected to join the FDA Executive Committee as
Day Session Representative in 2001. He joined the Hunter faculty in
September 1990 and is an associate professor in the Department of
Psychology specializing in Social Psychology. His research interests
include the study of evolutionary influences on social behavior, the
impact of media on political attitudes, as well as the influence
of emotion on how people make decisions about health (e.g., safer sex),
personal finances, and politics. He has been the FDA representative
for the Psychology Department since 1993, and has also been a member
of the Undergraduate Academic Requirements Committee for the Hunter
Faculty Senate since 1997.
