The Faculty Staff Lounge in Hunter West-8th floor is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 1-6 PM and Tuesdays and Fridays 2:30-6:00 PM. If you teach at night, work late or just need a quiet retreat for a short while, stop in and have coffee, tea, and cookies with our compliments. Also check out the latest issue of The Chronicle of Higher Education while you are there. The Lounge is also available to faculty and staff who wish to schedule book parties or small social events. The Solarium, 1413 East, is a faculty conference room that is available on a first come first serve basis all through the year. A sign-up sheet is posted on the door. See Jessica Tucker or Cindy DePena in 1414 East for access.

 

Full-time faculty from the satellite campuses who travel frequently to the main campus for regular committee meetings and special events can reserve a locker for the semester or academic year. The lockers are located on the third floor Hunter North (near the Mail Room), and are available on a first-come first- served basis. Twelve coat-length lockers were provided to the FDA to meet this faculty need. Please contact the FDA Office at ext. 4123 to reserve a locker.
