Higher Education Reconciliation Act of 2005

As of July 1, 2006, two new financial aid opportunities are available. The Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) and the National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant (National SMART Grant) are federal programs open to all eligible students.
