My college/university does not appear in the 'Look Up' within the Educational History section of the online graduate degree application. What should I do?

If your institution does not appear in the 'Look Up', simply type the name of the institution in the 'college name' field itself. Even though the school code is in red front with a blue asterisk, it is not required in order to submit the online application. *Since the 'Look Up' only includes several institutions within the United States, applicants with foreign credentials also need to type the name of institutions in the 'college name' field.

In the 'Educational History' section of the online graduate application - it requires me to enter an overall grade point average (GPA). However, the institution I attended does not grade based on any credit point system, or use grade point averages (GPA)/ 4.0 grading scale. What should I enter?

The graduate admissions office is aware of the different grading systems/methods of evaluating student work that exist at institutions both within and outside of the United States. For submitting purposes you may indicate 0.0 or N.A for the overall grade point average (GPA).

*Please note: The overall grade point average (GPA) is only required for the 'Undergraduate School' (first space), as it is in red text accompanied with a blue asterisk. For the rest of the institutions entered in the Educational History section, the overall grade point average (GPA) field is not required.

In the 'Educational History' section of the online graduate application - it requires me to enter an overall grade point average (GPA). However, my transcript consists primarily of comprehensive narrative evaluations in lieu of grades for successfully completed courses. Therefore, no grade point average (GPA) or class rank appears on the transcript either. What should I enter?
