Immunization Requirements
In order to register for classes you must show proof of immunization against measles, mumps and rubella and indicate receipt of meningitis information. You will not be permitted to register until you submit this proof to Hunter College's Health Services Office, Room 307 in the North Building. You may fax a completed form to the Office of Health Services (212) 650-3254 or bring the form in person to Room 307 North. Immunization clinics are offered free of charge prior to the start of each semester. Contact the Office of Health Services (212) 772-4800 for the dates.
