Please note: It takes an average of five (5) business days from the date the Commitment Deposit Fee was processed in order to submit proof of immunizations records to the health services office.
In order to register for classes you must show proof of immunization against measles, mumps and rubella and indicate receipt of meningitis information. You will not be permitted to register until you submit this proof to Hunter College's Health Services Office, Room 307 (3rd floor) in the North building. You may FAX a completed form to the Health Services Office (212) 650-3254 or bring the form in person to Room 307 (3rd floor) in North building. Immunization clinics are offered free of charge prior to the start of each semester. Contact the Health Services office (212) 772-4800 for dates.
