cafelocalBy sourcing its fruit and vegetables locally whenever possible, from farms in upstate New York, Hunter's cafeteria supports reducing the farm-to-kitchen miles traveled by the trucks transporting food, which reduces fuel consumed and greenhouse gases generated by the freight trucks.
