In November of 2011 technicians put the finishing touches on a 3-kilowatt photovoltaic ("PV") panel array that sits atop the North Building of Hunter's main campus.

Turning the array into a reality was the result of a truly collaborative effort between Hunter students, faculty, staff and outside vendors who specialize in the manufacture and installation of PV equipment.
