Audio-Visual Services has a preview/dubbing area for faculty, staff, and administrators. This area is used for individual screening of films or videotapes. Faculty, staff or administrators can also listen
to audio tapes, and CDs, or transfer from CD to audio tape. This area is also used for video dubbing and video format conversion. AV Services can offer the following:

Audio-Visual Services can offer the following audio capabilities:

- Records, 33 LP, or 45rpm , to Audio tape Cassette
|
- Audio tape Cassette to Audio tape Cassette
|
- CD Audio Disk to Audio tape Cassette

NOTE: The Audio-Visual Services Department will not transfer or duplicate copyright material without written release from the copyright holder.

Requests for transfers or duplications should be submitted several days in advance on audio-visual request forms. All transfers and duplications are done in real time. What this means is, that if your
videotape is two hours long, it will take two hours to copy it.

The Audio-Visual Services Department provides copy stand, camera and lens, for faculty, staff, and administrators to use, for making slides from printed materials or from images in books. AV Services can
assist you in creating computer generated slides on 31/2 inch disks. AV can provide you with detailed information concerning this type of service. The
Audio-Visual Services Department does not provide supplies such as photographic film, videotape, audio tape, or computer disks.
