Managing Your Account
Other Items on Your Digest:
1. Request New End User Digest - Sends you an instant, updated digest email.
2. Request Safe/Blocked Senders List - Sends you an email of who's on your safe and blocked lists.
3. Manage My Account - Clicking on this will take you to your Mailguard Interceptor account preferences page.
Safe/Blocked Senders Lists

To add an entry to your Safe Senders List or Blocked Senders List, first select the appropriate category.
1. Click on "New", located on the far left of the toolbar.
2. Type the email address you want to add in the text field, then click on "Save".
3. To change the settings for your account, click on "Profile" from the left side menu, then click on "Settings".
Your Account Settings

1. You have the option of selecting Send digest even when I have no messages in my End User Digest. This is unchecked by default. If left unchecked, you will not receive a digest email if you do not have any quarantined messages.
2. The next item allows you to select how strong of a spam filter you'd like. The options are:
- No Spam Filtering
- Your messages will be delivered without spam filtering
- Delete Top Ranked Spam
- Messages with spam score 98 and above will be permanently deleted
- Messages with spam score 50 - 97 will stay in quarantine for 7 days
- Messages with spam score below 50 will be delivered as usual
- Aggressive Spam Deletion
- Messages with spam score 85 and above will be permanently deleted
- Messages with spam score 50 - 84 will stay in quarantine for 4 weeks
- Messages with spam score below 50 will be delivered as usual
- Standard Spam Policy (default)
- Messages with spam score of 100 will be permanently deleted
- Messages with spam score 50 - 99 will stay in quarantine for 7 days
- Messages with spam score below 50 will be delivered as usual
3. Messages that are discarded cannot be recovered. However, our experience has been that there are no emails of consequence scoring 100.
