Disruption to normal Exchange service affected one of two servers handling Outlook and OWA connectivity. The issue appears to be related to internal communications in Active Directory. A proactive restart of both Client Access Servers was done Tuesday morning at 7:30am. Until more is known, additional interruptions are possible. ICIT is researching ways to mitigate the impact of the issue and isolate a cause. Microsoft support has been engaged to assist.
