ICIT has received reports of intermittent delays in the delivery of Blackboard emails over approximately the past week. Though only a few such delays were reported, two were of substantial duration. ICIT is investigating the cause of the delays together with CUNY and Blackboard, and will notify you of our findings and resolution. Please notify the Help Desk if you have experienced, or come to experience, a Blackboard email-related issue (or any other apparent problem with Blackboard).
