Webmail on one of the email servers is currently offline
Reason for 
service interruption:

An issue with one of the email servers has caused webmail service to be unavailable for many users. The affected population is primarily faculty, staff and students. ICIT is contacting vendor support to acquire diagnostic information and investigate the issue as quickly as possible. Email delivery should not be affected although there may be some delays in delivery pending vendor action and resolution of the problem.

 

Update 10:30pm: as of approximately 9pm Jan 24, Webmail service has resumed. Vendor support has gathered information for further analysis on the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
