Software & Support Overview

ICIT provides a number of support services; here is a description of some of them.

The first access to ICIT's support services are through the Help Desk.  The overall Help Desk is divided into two units, one for students and one for faculty & staff.  If you have a problem, this is the place to start.

 ICIT also provides more specialized services.  Students, faculty, and staff can utilize ICIT's software resources, investigate the learning technologies available at Hunter, and obtain training in all of those.  Additionally, faculty can consult with experienced ICIT educational technologists to help integrate technology into their courses.
