The office of Institutional Research supports the College's decision-making, strategic planning and assessment efforts through a variety of research activities. These include the management of data collection and reporting for internal and external audits and evaluation of programs and policies.
Data for Annual Report
This new section of our website allows you to download several data tables that can be used in your department’s annual report as well as for course planning and scheduling. You can download and compare two years/semesters of data.
Description of Reports
1. Time to Degree Report shows the average years to graduation by school, department and degree as well as the percentage of students who graduated within four and six years.
2. Enrollment by Department and Program Report breaks out undergraduate enrollment by class level (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior and graduate) department, major and student’s original admission status (freshman or transfer).
3. Course Enrollment Report shows the number of enrolled students, by course, class (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, graduate) and status of instructor (full-time faculty, adjunct, graduate assistant). You may select on school, academic discipline and term.
4. Degrees Awarded Report breaks down the number degrees awarded by school, department, degree type, major and academic year.
