How to Apply to the Hunter College Institutional Review Board (IRB)

1. Complete the IRB Application.
2. Complete the IRB Coversheet.
3. Complete the Key Personnel Form.
4. Complete the CITI Training Program for all key personnel.
5. Refer to the Education and Training section of this IRB website.
6. Review IRB Coversheet to ensure you have included any additional information.
7. Call if you have questions - (212) 650-3053.
