WTTS (Work Time Tracking System)
What is WTTS?
WTTS is an online time and attendance tracking application.
How does it work?
Departments define a designated location where employees clock-in/out when reporting for work. The system assembles each entry into a web based timesheet. At the end of the pay cycle the information is gathered, approved by the Manager, and then electronically imported into PR Assist.
Understanding the need for WTTS
There are various methods used by departments to record and report timesheet data. Many departments find the collection of timesheets a very tedious process, and staff spends an inordinate amount of time collecting the timesheets. ICIT has automated the process by implementing Payroll guidelines and offering a faster, more effective way of reporting time.
Benefits of using WTTS
- Accurately Reporting Time: records all time Clocked-in/out by employee
- Electronic Processing: collects data and is directly linked to Payroll Systems PR Assist
- Budget Control: assures that all time entered is consistent with budget allocation and contracts
- Improve Performance and Productivity: accurate, paperless, efficient, time saving
