Residence Application for 97th Street

Scholar groups are given priority access to the residence. All rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
If a room is to be assigned to you after we receive your completed online form, you will be sent instructions to submit a Student Financial Agreement and a $250 non-refundable commitment deposit which is applicable toward the housing cost. A monthly payment plan and financial assistance will be available to eligible students.
