Dr. Oliver has worked in the Higher Education field for over 20 years. While her specialization is in the psychological field she has held several administrative positions within universities throughout the New York City area as Academic Advisor to the CUNY BA/BS Baccalaureate Program at The Graduate Center, CUNY, Associate Director of Admission for State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Office/ Laboratory Manager to the Neurobiology and Behavior Laboratory at Rockefeller University and Post Doctoral Fellow and Visiting Professor for the office of Educational Opportunities and Diversity Programs at the Graduate Center, CUNY.
Carol Oliver received her Masters of Arts in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College in 1991. In 2003, she went on to receive her Ph.D. in Environmental Psychology from The Graduate Center, CUNY for her dissertation entitled Teaching at a Distance: The Online Faculty Work Environment.

Alyssa Lopez received her Bachelors of Arts degree in International Studies from Marymount College of Fordham University. Since graduating she has served as an Americorps State Volunteer in Harlem, New York at the FoodChange's West Harlem Community Kitchen.

Estefania Ponti received her Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology from Hunter College of the City University of New York. She is a current student in the Ph.D. program in Cultural Anthropology at The CUNY Graduate Center.
